Cullum File – Vital Statistics Form

West Point Association of Graduates maintains a record (“Cullum File”) of every USMA member. This file becomes more important for historical research every year. It also is useful for writing a memorial article. No one can access your Cullum File while you’re alive without your or the Association Secretary’s prior approval.
