On October 5, the USMA Equestrian Team competed at the Centenary University Equestrian Center in New Jersey, placing third overall against competitive regional teams. Notable performances include CDT Kayla Kiniry ’25 placing second in Intermediate Hunter Seat on the Flat, CDT Claire Shioutakon ’27 placing second in Limit Hunter Seat Over-Fences, and CDT Elizabeth Melton ’28 placing first in Pre-Novice Hunter Seat. Several new riders debuted, including exchange cadets from Germany and France. The competition helped solidify camaraderie between new and returning team members as they prepare for their next show on October 19 at Meadow Creek Farm.

There are more than 120 clubs at West Point including athletic, recreational, academic, religious, hobby, and diversity clubs – something for virtually every interest, made possible by the generous supporters who contribute to the Margin of Excellence.
