TMST Consultants announced that Peter Martin ’83 is taking over as president of the company. Martin will take over day-to-day operations and lead TMST, ensuring the high standard of support that clients expect.
Martin’s knowledge of Modeling and Simulations, Training, and Military Operations, combined with his network of government and industry contacts, makes him an outstanding replacement for outgoing CEO Pete Marion.
Martin has over 41 years of experience in senior leadership roles. These include Director of Business Development, Program Director Warfighter Focus, Director Mission Training Complex Services, and various senior leadership roles as a Military Officer. Martin has an understanding of the Business Development Cycle from both contractor and customer viewpoints. He has had great success supporting contracts valued in hundreds of millions of dollars. His ability to develop strategic vision into high-value business pipelines is key to his success. Understanding requirements from the government/customer viewpoint and translating those requirements into winnable solutions is a hallmark of his career.
