Golf’s Star victory on October 5 is part of the Army-Navy Star Series presented by USAA. The Black Knights have now won the Star three years in a row and seven of the last eight seasons. After getting out to a 3-1 lead after the four-ball matches, Army was able to hold off a late charge by the Midshipmen and earn the 7-4 win.

CDT Drew Jeffords ’27 got Army its first point with a 5&3 victory and led throughout his match, while CDT John Heckel Jr. ’25 continued his amazing play with a dominant performance, winning 8&6.
