During the History Department’s annual December awards and recognition ceremony, COL Yoshitani ’92 presented certificates of Academic Promotion, signed by the Dean of the Academic Board to MAJ Rosanne Horswill ’10 and MAJ Phil Murray. Both MAJ Horswill ’10 and MAJ Murray were recognized for their outstanding achievements in the categories of teaching, Cadet development, scholarship, faculty development, and service to earn academic promotions to the rank of Assistant Professors of History.
