The Class of 2017 gathered together for their Affirmation Ceremony in Robinson Auditorium, Aug. 16, 2015, renewing the oath they took on The Plain two years ago. The oath binds them to complete their next two years of study and a minimum of five years of active-duty military service thereafter. Members of the Class of 1967, the 50-year affiliates of the Class of 2017, presented the cadets with commemorative coins to mark the occasion of their affirmed commitment.
