The Army Women’s Fencing Team delivered a commanding performance at this year’s National Intercollegiate Women’s Fencing Association (NIWFA) Championships at Drew University. The team finished in first place overall in the club team category and handily defeated Navy along the way. Strong showings across all weapons—foil, epee, and saber—helped the team secure the club team championship trophy. Individual fencers excelled at the tournament as well. Against tough competition, CDT Francesca Granda-Musa ’28 placed fifth overall in Women’s Epee. CDT Kira Enos ’26 was also recognized for her excellence both on and off the strip by earning a place on NIWFA’s All- Academic Team.
