My semester abroad was nothing short of life-changing. While studying in Rabat, everything seemed so different at first. Living there was certainly an adjustment, but then I realized that beyond the superficial, we have more in common than not.  Studying abroad has helped me learn about Arabic and Moroccan culture, and it has taught me so much about humanity, and has opened my eyes to the world outside of the United States. I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity I’ve been given by West Point, DFL, and last but certainly not least, AOG.
