West Point celebrates the First Class cadets during Ring Weekend, recognizing the occasion as a milestone in each cadet’s life. The ring ceremony is the heart of the weekend events. It is the moment each cadet receives his or her class ring, a personal, concrete symbol of what West Point stands for. It is the mark of the shared and binding experience, with the class crest on one side and the crest of the Academy on the other. We invite you and your Firstie to join us for the Ring Run Brunch as the Firsties prepare to begin their last year as members of the Corps of Cadets and before joining the Long Gray Line upon graduation.
