- Access and Parking
- If you are not a Department of Defense issued identification card holder you must obtain a local area credential by filling out an AIE Credential Request Form, which you can get in person, at our Visitor Control Center. The visitors center is located at 2107 New South Post Road, Highland Falls, NY 10928 and is open Monday-Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, visit: https://www.westpoint.edu/visitors/visitors-center Graduates may sign-up for a Grad Pass. This must be done at least 7 days business days prior to arrival. For more information, visit: https://www.westpointaog.org/gradpass. Graduates will need to report to the Visitor Control Center to take a photo and pick up their pass. Grad Pass is good for five years. Parking is available at Herbert Hall. The Conference registration table will be right inside the main entrance.
- Attire
- Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the heat as we will be walking and touring construction sites and real estate. The conference attire is relaxed business casual. Expect a mix of indoor sessions and outdoor site visits, so please dress appropriately for summer weather and variable terrain. Recommended: Lightweight, breathable collared shirts or professional tops, chinos, khakis, or durable slacks, closed-toe shoes with good grip. Optional: Blazers or sun hats for outdoor portions. Avoid flip-flops, sandals, open-toe shoes or heels, tank tops or athletic wear, torn or overly casual clothing.
