West Point, NY: The West Point Association of Graduates (WPAOG) earned two Gold Stevie® Awards, one Silver Stevie Award, and one Bronze Stevie Award in the 20th Annual American Business Awards®. WPAOG’s Gold awards were for the Organization of the Year (non-profit or government – small) and the 2021 Entrepreneur Summit. The Silver Award was for the First Virtual Founders Day, and the Bronze award was for the 2021 edition of TAPS Magazine.

“Thank you for acknowledging our work with four Stevie Awards,” said Todd Browne, President and CEO, of the West Point Association of Graduates. “We are incredibly proud to be recognized as the Non-Profit of the year. This award is dedicated to our WPAOG staff, a committed team of professionals honored to serve West Point and the Long Gray Line– outstanding men & women guided by Duty, Honor, Country.”

The American Business Awards is the U.S.’s premier business awards program and recognizes achievement in every facet of the workplace. More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were considered in a wide range of categories. More than 240 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners. Winners of other 2022 American Business Awards include: Cisco, Forbes, Home Depot, John Hancock, and Qualcomm.

The name Stevie is taken from the name Stephen, which is derived from the Greek for crowned. Winners were celebrated at an Awards Banquet on Monday, June 13th in New York City.
