I forgot my User ID and/or password.

Click on the Reset password link, enter the Email Address we have on file, and click on Submit. An email will be sent with your User ID and a link to reset your password.

Please make sure you have put us on your safe sender list.  If you don’t see an email, it may have gone into your junk email folder.

I didn’t get the Forgotten password/user id Email.

Check your Junk and make sure we are on your safe sender list.
OR We may not have your current email address. Email Us to find out what address we have at loginhelp@wpaog.org.

To request that your Email provider unblock our messages

Please visit https://unblockme.blackbaud.com to unblock our broadcast emails. Enter the email address that WPAOG has on file, and that you wish to have unblocked. Enter West Point Association Of Graduates as the company. You will receive an authorization link from no-reply@blackbaud.com to the email address you provide. Once you click the link in that email to confirm your request, the system will unblock our emails. It could take 24 hours to process. This does not affect LYRIS or Sallyport.

What causes emails to be blocked? If you don’t open our emails or if they get put into your junk and you fail to take them out of junk, your email provider will assume you no longer want to receive them.  Also, for some very sensitive email providers, if one user marks our email as junk or fails to remove it from junk, it will blacklist all our messages for every other person that shares that provider. AOL, Roadrunner, and Comcast are the biggest offenders of this.

I have the right User Id and Password but I’m getting an ‘invalid login’ error.

Clean your browsing history, cookies, and cache, and please try again. If it still doesn’t work email loginhelp@wpaog.org

The Password is case-sensitive.

Passwords must have a minimum length of 12 characters, both numbers and letters, at least one special character ( # / $ / % /& / @, etc.), uppercase and lowercase letters. Passwords cannot include your name, user ID, username, or organization name. Passwords cannot match any of the last six passwords.

You must use the email address we have on file to reset your password. If you don’t know what that is, please email loginhelp@wpaog.org

I can’t make a donation or register for an event from my work computer.

Some companies block websites or pages with monetary forms on them.  Call the number listed on the page you are trying to access.

I get a ‘reCAPTCHA validation failed’ error while making a donation.

Try again by typing in the text at the bottom of the donation form.  You can keep trying different texts.  Your card will only be charged once when the code is entered correctly.

I don’t know my Cullum number.

Sallyport Login Help

Login credentials may NOT be the same as your westpointaog.org credentials unless you set it up that way upon activation.

If you have never logged into Sallyport, you must Activate Your Account first.  Entering the name and email address that WPAOG has on file for you is essential.

Passwords need to be ten characters long.
