The conference planning team has arranged a room block at the Hampton Inn for those attendees above 25 years old until the 18th of October. Hotel expense and transportation from hotel is included with registration; personal credit card required to reserve your room and for all incidentals. Please check with the hotel on its cancellation policies.
For those under the age of 25, lodging will be in the barracks on West Point. No additional hotel reservation is required.

If you are flying, travel to Newark Airport is arranged by each attendee. Transportation from/to Newark Airport and throughout the conference will be provided for all attendees. If you are driving, travel directly to West Point is to be arranged by each attendee. - Where do I park?
Free public parking is suggested at Buffalo Soldier Field where a conference shuttle can pick up any conference attendees driving their own vehicles. Parking is available for guests staying at the Hampton Inn. - What’s on the menu?

A: Meals are provided throughout the conference. Additionally, guests may visit Grant Hall (located on campus) or visit the town of Highland Falls located outside Thayer Gate.
